Topic	Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you 2019's Game of the Year contenders
Apocalyptic 08/18/19 1:45:53 PM #1:	-Kingdom Hearts 3 Not with that story and gameplay. -Days Gone Nothing remarkable about this game. -Mortal Kombat 11 Just give it best fighting game of the year. -Super Mario Maker 2 Better suited for winning best game with user generated content or something. -Borderlands 3 I fully expect people to give this game high praise but the series isn't that great. The humor is subpar and the level design is atrocious. The gameplay becomes mindless and tedious because enemies are bullet sponges especially at higher difficulties. It's a decent looter shooter series elevated to insane heights because it's the only decent looter shooter series these days. -Outer Worlds That's the not-Fallout game, right? Looks clunky. -Death Stranding This will win awards because of Kojima's name alone. I will refrain from denouncing the game. This will truly prove if he's a hack or not. -Pokemon Sword and Shield lmao -Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order Cannot imagine being excited for anything Star Wars related after the recent movies. -Doom Eternal Has potential. All the games listed in this picture are currently the best games of the year. Resident Evil 2 Remake is phenomenal. The acting performances, the graphics, sound design, horror vibe, gameplay elements.. Truly a superb game with lots of replayability. Regular zombies feel like a threat again. Sekiro is a fantastic action game requiring actual skill. Great setting. Fun gameplay mechanics. Nice lore. Dueling several of the bosses in this game and making use of the parrying was very satisfying. Devil May Cry 5 is another great action game. A proper return to form for the series. Just proves that Capcom is back if Resident Evil 2 didn't already. Fire Emblem Three Houses is easily of the best games on the Nintendo Switch. Despite it's graphical hindrances, the game is a treasure in nearly every other category. Characters and story are both well written. Voice acting is very solid. Music is really good. My biggest complaint is that the game is too easy but that will be remedied once the new difficulties are released... ~~Ingrid best girl~~ Why haven't you played these four games yet?
