BendoHendo 08/21/19 12:11:15 AM #1: | https://imgur.com/zg9foYt Workout: -Barbell strength training 3 x week - Squat, Bench Press, Overhead Press, Dips, Pull-Ups -Jump Rope HIIT 2 x week Diet: -Only ate lean sources of protein: chicken breast, fish, whey protein -Focused on cruciferous and leafy green vegetables -Moderate fruit: berries, bananas -Very limited starchy carbs: only 1/4 cup oats in the morning -Eat until 80% full I took this diet to an extreme actually, and did not have any cheat meals for the 15 weeks, with one exception.
