Afterwards the sword turns him into a monster which we have to defeat. I refuse to give the lance back to Rhea (which loses support with her), but in return I gain support with Edelgard for telling her about it. Edelgard then reveals that she wants to destroy the goddess and the societal elevation of crest bearers above the rest of humanity.
