Then I gradually started introducing more and more weight lifting while reducing cardio and Im pretty happy with the progress Im making. Im not sure if body types like ectomorph, endomorph, and mesomorph are scientific distinctions, but I would consider that I am of a body type that sort of struggles to gain muscle or fat easily. --- When life backs you up into a corner, come out swingin'! ...
