Diablo 3 as an example started development in 2001 and was released 2012. Star Citizen started in 2011, it is 2019. Diablo3 is a joke compared to what Star Citizen is. And we are still 3 years under Diablo 3's time frame. Star citizen has procedurally generated systems and planets, multiple ships that are fly able, most of the mocaps done, physics done, and not many more major projects that need wrapping up.
