This. People really underestimate how fat and out of shape people are. Everyone SHOULD do at least 30 minutes of AT LEAST walking every day, but too many people have become accustomed to have everything shoveled down their gullets. It doesnt help that there are many jobs that allow people to sit at computers all day. They do have standing desk now. But not everyone/everywhere has them... That's an excuse. I stand all day and still spend time standing at night because I practice qigong.
