Everyone SHOULD do at least 30 minutes of AT LEAST walking every day, but too many people have become accustomed to have everything shoveled down their gullets. It doesnt help that there are many jobs that allow people to sit at computers all day. They do have standing desk now. But not everyone/everywhere has them... That's an excuse. I stand all day and still spend time standing at night because I practice qigong. They choose to go home and sit/lay some more. Sure. After working all day, most people dont want to go home and stand around for no reason. Even when siting work can be exhausting. Even if only mentally.
