Excuses, excuses.

Every single object in the universe is moving. Staying still is death. Some rocks move more than some humans move. That's weird.

You can call them excuses if you want. But you dont know everybody or what they have going on in their lives. According to you, you dont work for a living and only work when you want to for fun. So, its different for you then it is for other people who work for a living. Some people work long days at a mentally taxing job. Some have physical jobs. Just because they dont want to stand around after work for no reason doesnt mean theyre lazy. They still go to work everyday to provide for themselves and their families.

If they had physical jobs they wouldn't have a need to go on a walk during the day. All I'm suggesting is that its very easy to spend a little bit of time being moderately active, especially if your job requires great periods of inactivity.

Also when I work, it's to support my family while being in a job I enjoy. You keep saying jobs are mentally taxing, I agree, but a brisk walk isn't.

Standing for exercise isn't standing around for no reason.

I already said the walk isnt mentally taxing. But in many places, its not safe to go out walking if youre mentally exhausted. Being mentally exhausted can make it hard to focus on everything around you. And you cant fully pay attention to your surroundings. Thats dangerous. Especially in certain places.

To some people, standing around after work just because they have periods of inactivity is standing around for nothing. It might not even do much. Its be better to just wait until you have a day off or free time and go to the gym, instead of standing around doing nothing after work. And many people do. Even then, if can only do so much...

Im glad my job will involve walking cause I aint gonna wanna do shit after a day. Pushing 13 hour shifts theres a fair chance I'll even be too tired to play video games.

Same. I usually want to relax after a fill day of work. Especially if I work both jobs. I do have some stuff I take care of when I get home. But Im usually pretty tired. On day where I work both jobs, I usually dont have time for video games. Haha.

Yeah im just happy every other week I'll have a 3 day weekend. It alternates a 5 day work week and a 4 day work week. Get every other weekend off.
