People are misconstruing this a little bit. This should be the norm. This suspect is mentally deranged(Its a really, really sad story), he shouldn't be shot and they acted appropriately. But people are right if he were black(Or non-white in all likelihood) I wouldn't doubt that hes not shot or tazed or generally brutalized.
