It also reviewed better than 4/5 of the previous DC films... Aquaman is the weakest of the good DC films but it is still one of those films. You are definitely correct about this. I think my mistake is that I was holding DC to Marvel's standards, and to me, DC hitting a high note was essentially the same as what others considered to be a Marvel low note. And as a DC fan, I just didn't consider that good enough. In my mind, it didn't continue the trend set by WW. With Shazam and now Joker, Joker is what solidifies it as an upward trend. All in my opinion of course. I think it's just really good news, and it leaves me very excited for the future. --- Bells, bells, bells! ... Copied to Clipboard! |
