The most difficult aspect of this is we got no view of either starting QB in preseason, all we got are defenses, where Packers starting Defense gave some good numbers to Ravens and then Nathan Peterman in Week 3. Bears had a hard time against Eli at first, but the rest of that game was just backup nonsense. They didn't really play any opposition against the Colts. What it comes down to? What weapons are out there, and in that... Green Bay Packers @ Chicago Bears Burton isn't healthy and is probably missing for Bears, they have some new weapons at WR, but they're untested, while Rodgers definitely has some reliable players.
