They used to have it so if you had 299,999 of a resource and got more, the amount would go above 300K, but now it just cuts it off. A shame. But that reminds me that the rate-up is in a few hours. Should be fun to waste some resources after a few months of going without. I think the last one we had was the Carcanos, wasn't it?
