I have a friend who works out like crazy and does the occasional similarly outrageous meal. They're still pretty skinny/ripped.

Being skinny, and ripped doesn't prevent you from getting high blood pressure, cholestrol, and diabetes, if you keep doing that though. That's one of the biggest misconceptions. "I'm skinny, I can't get diabetes."

Note the "occasional" part. I assure you that attractive YouTubers aren't gorging themselves every day.
