Your email should be something like your first name and last name @ domain
Numbers or a period as a divider is acceptable and arguably encouraged
so [email protected] can be Peter.parker or peterparker73 for example

Traditionally, don't put your birth year in your email. Even Peterparker622 is more professional if you have a reasonably common name

If you have a non-English or more accurately a less western European name, you might want to leave out the surname if you're applying for certain jobs. More chance of a call back. And yes, that is racist and no, you can't sue them or prove that's why you weren't called

Gmail and outlook are seem as the most professional. Your own domain email is also fine but that's more of a business thing or for very minor industries, usually when you have a website listing accomplishments or something, for academia or a very long career in say stem or something
