Topic	It seems like an increasing number of people believe 9/11 was an inside job?

Different US intelligence agencies knew about the hijackers in advance in the fact that they were under surveillance, but due to some inconsistencies, restrictions, and gaps in the laws, much of the intelligence was not able to be shared between agencies or acted upon on. Much of that has been changed since.
