I was wondering since I guess you were never able to read any of my other messages, how safe does a group have to be before you consider it be safe enough to be allowed to exist? Because currently 99.9% of pitbulls don't attack people. Do you think it is inaccurate to say that 99.9% safe is safe enough? How safe should it actually be, in your enlightened conservative opinion? I would value your feedback greatly.
