It ended up not happening, because the weather was bad and eventually I decided to just give up on scheduling a new date. But there was one time the guy came to the park with the hot air balloon and everything ready to go until the last minute when the wind became too strong. But it was just one dude with his truck and flatbed. It's not some big 'thing' that requires a lot of people.
