Civil Right Act was great for making the government act in an unbiased manner, I'm fully in favour of the government being forced to serve all citizens they tax fairly. I don't think it should apply to businesses, but not on grounds of morality. I think it's pragmatic to make starting a business as intising, simple and free as possible.
