Topic	Okay so what's up with people who feel comfortable talking to strangers
gloBal enemy 09/25/19 9:27:07 PM #14:	I normally wouldnt do what the stranger did but if I saw someone looking really down particularly if it was a danger to them and or those around them (like someone driving), I wouldnt hesitate to intervene even if by just asking if theyre ok.
