But I often wake up multiple times per night, my deep sleep levels are extremely low, and I'm a bit low on my REM sleep. It's no wonder I'm tired all the time. Waking up miltiple times may not be good. But I did hear that it was more normal for people to go to sleep early, then wake up in the middle of the night for a few hours to do certain things, then goo back to sleep for the rest of the night.
