Anything more felt like I was just wasting time that could be better spent doing other things. As I get older, I find I seemingly need more sleep. Now I generally sleep about 8 hours (or more accurately, I sleep 4 hours, wake up to piss, then sleep for another 4 hours). I actually tend to get headaches if I try to sleep much longer than what I need.
