I could probably poison everyone outside, but getting Saheila out without fighting seems a bit difficult right now -- Sebille's unique dialogue just exacerbates things, and there's no persuasion checks for Beast to do. Might have to do some other quests to fix this. There's some weird mirror thing sitting around, so maybe it includes that. Also (I think someone mentioned this earlier?) found the lizard sex caravan near the bombed-out bridge.
