Dude, first of all, if a person call someone that they aren't (even more if it's something against the law), that's slander! It's like calling someone a thief when they aren't or if you don't know if they are. You can be sued. There's no need for new laws, laws already exist in that regard.
The bill exists because, supposedly, calling a KNOWN illegal alien an illegal alien is offensive. It's like, you see me going into your house, steal your stuff, and you can't call me a thief because it's going to... Hurt my feelings...? Seriously?
