Expel them. This crap shouldn't fly in a modern educational setting.

No disciplinary action has been taken against the group of boys involved in the incident, which took place in a public park.

The mother said she was bitterly disappointed by the response of Cheltenham Secondary College and the Education Department.

The school and the department have denied having responsibility for the incident, because it did not take place on school grounds, the mother said.

wtf

what are you crying about? it didnt happen on school grounds so they have no authority. not their fault.

No one is crying. But you seem awfully relieved for some reason. Also, the school can do something about this. I know this because me, and a kid fought once in middle school, way outside school area, someone told on us, and we both got in school suspension for couple days, or was it a week, don't remember which.
