The concession stand sold jumbo freezies and most people are slobs so they'd just throw them on the ground when they were done. So me and friends would collect a bunch of the empty freezee wrappers, fill them up with sand, and then beat the shit out of each other with them. Good times. I'd watch this if ESPN aired it --- Ten million dollars on a losing campaign, Twenty million starving and writhing in pain.
