There are only 2 girls in my daughter's class and they were really good friends up until recently.(they are 4 years old.) I'm not 100% percent sure about what happened, but it was something along the lines of my daughter had a toy that the other girl wanted to play with, and she wouldn't give it up. So this other little girl started whispering to her so the teachers couldn't hear it, about how she doesn't like her anymore, they are friends anymore and just kept going on for a couple days, until my daughter snapped and said, "I don't care, i don't like you and you're not my friend anymore." Well she didnt say it quiet and the teacher heard her and gave her shit because "that's not a nice thing to say to other people." She didn't give my daughter a chance to explain what happened and this really upset my daughter. When she came home and was visibly upset my wife and I talked with her to find out what happened. Then my wife went in with her to talk to the teacher, the teacher then confronted the other little girl and gave her more trouble for being so sneaky about it. Made my daughter feel better knowing that we are always there to listen and help her out when she needs it. --- Mind post.
