| FursonaNonGrata 10/16/19 8:15:36 AM #14: | I learned from a mortgage lender that most lenders now dont even factor medical debt into their decision when determining ones creditworthiness. Fucking crazy. They also said that if someone from collections calls you about the debt, dont say anything about starting a new payment plan etc. to pay it off because it makes the debt new and will affect your credit. After a certain point, medical debt doesnt even fuck with your credit.
