They work differently Goku, a child and at his weakest, is more powerful than a person that can blow up the moon. Goku is figuratively billions of times more stronger than this now The person that blows up the moon the first time, Master Roshi, is a simple human. Humans are simply a lot stronger in DragonBall than humans in DC. Goku is only limited because the people in his universe are stronger on average than the people in Superman's world. Other than Batman, what OP, non-powered up person in DC can do the things that the humans in DragonBall can do?
