so there is this fat bitch who started some time ago who rubbed a lot of people the wrong way that we lost good team members. some how she always seemed to weasel out of consequences even after multiple formal complaints

i knew from the beginning she was going to be all BS but I try my best with everyone I work with, tolerated her and joked around with her and stuff but after a while I started to witness that she definitely is a shitty person to a lot of people and she started to be one towards me, and on top of that she is lazy as shit. drags out her duties so she basically acts like she doesnt have to help out anywhere else for the whole day when I see other coworkers do her shit in 2 or 3 hours.

I mean I joke around people at work all the time and say inappropriate stuff with them but there is definitely a line where you are just being a dick and straight up disrespectful. With some of the shit she said to me the easy way to even the playing field would have been to whip out the fat jokes but obviously that would have gotten me screwed.

she is also the type of worker who throws people under the bus easily which really annoyed me because it would be even over small things that she did and coworkers lost their position (downgraded) because of it. Once that started I lost trust in her as a coworker so i started recording her behaviors and inappropriate shit she says and does for months (including race related jokes which normally I dont care about as I love them but never made them in front of her) and other regular workplace breaches i could document. Last straw for me was after i tried to assign something to her she had her regular tantrum shit but this time in front of other people I had enough and submitted my documentation to my boss who then submitted it to hers, who then took it to HR as what I documented seems to match up a lot with what past coworkers who put complaints in. Looks like they have someone filling her position for monday lol.

anyways, do you think she is getting fired or just getting rotated to a different department or something? As far as I know she is still under the probation period
