Topic	So that Wim Hof breathing method is bullshit right?

No it is something about being able to hold your breath longer and weather extreme hot and cold elements easier or some shit. The guy has 30 Guinness World Records including extreme icy cold temperatures so I'm trying to figure out if he actually has something to his method or if he's just a genetic freak that can withstand stuff like that Think I saw him on an episode of spongebob, turned out to be a scam I don't think anything has been proven, real or scam as of yet.
