dotsdfe 11/03/19 9:17:25 PM #16:	As someone who lives in and hates Missouri, I don't think I'd put it in the same tier as Arkansas/Alabama/Mississippi. It's bad, but it does have St. Louis and to a lesser extent Springfield/Columbia/Kansas City, which are all pretty nice. I've legit never been to a city in the other three that I'd call anything better than "Ehh." Even the bigger cities in those tend to be pretty bad. --- Winner of the Third Hacked User Contest.
