Which isnt fair to you guys as you get 6 hours off and he gets more than three days. Youre already short-staffed. I would just let him quit or get fired. Let him get fucked. It sounds mean, but he needs to learn hes not entitled to anything, and that the real world cant cater to his every need. If he really need this job, then hell do his job.
