I'm so pissed right now. He told me he's gonna need me to stay late for him that night too because he'll be tired from his trip and need some extra sleep. I was just going to accept this crap and let it slide, I figured I could handle that shift easy enough since I had to do like 3 the past week anyway. Now though, after all this he's asking for even more time... I think I'm angry enough to put my foot down. I'm talking with my manager tomorrow and get her approval first, then tell him tomorrow night that I'm not doing it.

That leads to another problem though, if I get the schedule set back to normal, he has an excuse to not show up for his shift(out of town), so I'd likely end up working it anyway. Which would also lead to him not showing up that night either(my intended shift).

We'll just have to see how this works out, but I need to set boundaries with him or this'll keep happening.

It might suck, but then hell be fired. Hes not helping, anyway. I would get the shift switched back to normal, and hope the little prick doesnt show up, and gets canned. And tell him to his face that you dont care that hell be tired from his trip as youre tired for all the extra shifts youve been covering while hes off acting like an entitled little shit who thinks the world revolves around him...
