Some wanted to focus on phone specs, some wanted to focus on phone plans and promotions, some on the system we used to change plans and complete a sale, others on the workbook we were all given, and still others wanted to focus on just pitching phones. I'd walk in a learn the very bare bones basics of five different things on five different days. I wanted to try doing a whole sale myself, but they'd step in and talk over me and not let me actually try. Or they'd have me just watch someone all day. It felt really unstructured and kind of like each trainer had their own style of teaching and own priorities about what to teach. I learned a lot, but I guess I didn't learn enough Ok I'd say you dodged a bullet there. You're only as good as the training you receive. The problem wasn't you in this. It can be a little depressing, but try not to let it bother you. There's other jobs. Keep trying and don't give up.
