Topic	Question for people that wear shorts and a winter coat when it's cold...

I usually see that in spring when the sun is hot and everything is melting, it's still chilly really but it seems pretty warm compared to winter so everyone whips out the summer clothing lulz. Also I think Orgusima might of got his conversions wrong cause no fucking way i'm I or anybody else is walking around in -17c degree weather in shorts and t-shirts. --- This is my signature, there are many others like it, but this one is mine.
