1984: Very chilling and effective. Brave New World's dystopia always felt more 'realistic' to me though, because I can see it as something that people would actually want. But hey, China and North Korea exist, so maybe 1984 isn't that unrealistic after all.

Planescape: Really fantastic stuff, yeah. Top tier story. Would be cool if there were a story mode difficulty or something that just lets you instant win all the battles.

I actually kickstarted Pillars of Eternity and only played a few hours because of how much the battle system sucked (they eventually patched it to make it not suck). I didn't think the writing/characters were even close to Torment level from what I played, though.
