To a normal person, respect is simply being treated with the same basic dignity and decency that youd want to be treated with.

To a cop, respect is submit immediately and completely to my authority so when the evil bad sandwich eater didnt immediately strip naked, bend over, and spread his cheeks as soon as the cop laid eyes on him, that was the ultimate breach.

Is there a full video of this? Did the cop just go up and grab his bag? Or did he tell him that its against the rules to eat or drink there first? Because its leaving a lot to the imagination. Since you know, this guy isnt showing much respect either, so it helps to know if thats in response to the cop being a dick first, or if he was just disrespectful to the rules.
