This story dances around it without actually saying it.

It seems like this lady was double charged for food and went back to get a refund and judging by the video inside before she's kicked out and slammed she must have called the guy a racial slur for black people

Im also gonna assume she called him one again prompting the attack. So basically they're both trash human beings that let a few dollars escalate into her doing to the hospital and him being charged with a felony

Lol, stop. Not only does your scenario presuppose that she not only hurled a racist slur, but that she also did it twice, and that those actions (if they even happened) warranted an attack that could have killed her. That's silly, especially when we consider the attack happened outside the establishment.
