I wonder how much public funding that transit system gets as well. Lol It's like saying "you can't breathe here". I would have been just like that guy was, if not worse. Except I doubt that guy would've died in a matter of minutes if he didn't eat, and you can easily breathe without dropping stuff that attracts pests. Seriously, why can't people just follow the rules?
