South park is really crappy about their depictions of trans people, as far as I know there isn't really a single genuine trans person on the show, they're all just either confused and treated as jokes like mr garrison or just lying and treated as jokes where you laugh at how vulgar and male they're being despite identifying as female like Heather in the s23 episode.
