South park is really crappy about their depictions of trans people, as far as I know there isn't really a single genuine trans person on the show, they're all just either confused and treated as jokes like mr garrison or just lying and treated as jokes where you laugh at how vulgar and male they're being despite identifying as female like Heather in the s23 episode. I don't think they've ever once grappled with trans people on a level beyond making low-reaching jokes about how funny it is to see trans people not matching their gender They actually had a pretty decent take about the bathroom issue and randy being lorde (which is still the funniest thing ever).
