He faked being a trans-woman to exert his strength on them/take advantage of them. Then when he actually lost at something to the girls, he and Cartman both took the side of the girl's having an "unfair advantage" which is the argument against trans-women in sports right? And Cartman is NEVER used as the voice of reason. I don't know.
