Off the top of my head, I don't know because I know very little about foreign currency. You may find stuff that is official legal tender, but mainly meant to be collectible, but the largest US coins that were in general circulation in their day are the big dollar coins

Here are the stats for an eisenhower dollar

Mass
Copper/nickel-clad:
~22.68 g (350 gr)
Silver clad:
~24.624 g (380 gr)

Diameter38.1 mm (1.5 in)
Thickness2.58 mm (0.1 in)

Other countries have to have this beat, though i've never seen any general circulation foreign coins that are larger, but again, i dont actively collect or research foreign money unless I find it randomly and it could be valuable/made of precious metal, such as my 1947 canadian king george the whatever silver dime.
