https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/switching-chrome-firefox should be up to date and cover importing most of your data on desktop, but I don't think there's any clean way to do it on mobile. Other than that, it's mostly a matter of finding your extensions on addons.mozilla.org and installing them, I think.

Note that as long as you're not on iOS, you can install extensions on mobile firefox too. Like, say, an adblocker.

Also my experience is that Firefox generally performs comparable to Chrome in most cases (Both in terms of speed and CPU/RAM usage), and performs better if you have a ton of tabs <_<
