She's lying through her teeth to get your vote, and you bit the hook because you were promised a freebie. This is a bold faced lie. 1. The current system is more expensive than Warren's plan. 2. The bulk of the money would come from killing off the ACA subsidies, not billionaires. This is fundamentally the "repeal and replace" plan that Republicans had 6 years to come up with but never did. 3. It's not a freebie. Warren's plan is a public option for Medicare. 4. There's going to be additional taxes collected by the middle class in the form of removing the insurance deductible you get from the ACA. It still ends up being a net positive because you won't have to spend as much.
