You would find statistics do not agree with this outlandish statement There was something like a hundred million US police citizen contact across the US last year with 990 or so police shooting. With probably close to a percent were justified shootings IE: school shooter. And were actually down this year by about 80 police shootings. So if we have lets say 100 million police contact throughout the country a year, 900 people were shot and killed and a vast overwhelming majority were deemed to be good shoots.
