Topic	WTF is wrong with Steam on my PC?
apolloooo 11/19/19 5:14:17 AM #4:	Terminating steam bootstraper and reopening steam alwayz works for me. Does it stuck in the little black bar "launching game"? If so it is usually cloud sync issue . Sometimes steam have bug (that i know of) that it is syncing your saves currently but dont show any syncing symbol on the library, so you cannot open the game because ypu cant open games till everything is syncing. This dont only apply to the game you are opening fyi.
