Topic	It's wrong to call the emperor Palpatine in the original trilogy

Tons of side and background characters had no names mentioned in the movies but were given names later on in Star Wars compendiums and action figures, comics, ect. that came out prior to the prequels. The 1990s had the Special Edition releases of the films and the merch with it and I remember knowing who Palpatine was way before episode 1 was announced. <cite>Phewfus posted [p:930382185] in It's wrong...
