I think everyone should agree on that. But it hasnt been proven that is what happened yet, has it? In Trumps own release of the call summary it describes exactly that! He goes into a whole thing about how great weve been to them but it hasnt been reciprocal. And then IMMEDIATELY goes into I need you to do me a favor, though. And THEN goes into Biden. So far it seems that Trump just asked them to investigate corruption in general, and if Ukraine played a roll in influencing the US election. On one call he never once mentioned corruption but he did mention the Bidens a bunch of times. In 3 years weve heard him talk about a lot of weird ass, crazy shit. Mexican Caranvans that have middle eastern terrorists hidden within them. Buying Greenland. Rogue assassins killing Journalists. But never once, until now, have we heard about corruption. And even in front of the news cameras he cant stick to that talking point and goes into a rant about investigating the Bidens and how China should too! The witnesses attesting that trump mentioned Biden specifically have shaky credibility at best. Shaky credibility? AT BEST!? Are you seriously keeping up with these impeachment proceedings or just saying stuff like that to get responses like this from folks like me on the internet? The witnesses have been career long officials. And the American people could have heard from witnesses closest to the president. Like Mulvaney, Pompeo, Giuliani, etc. But... where are they? Oh! Trump, who is so very innocent, has stopped them from testifying in a coequal branch of governments impeachment proceedings. Just like he hasnt released his taxes because hes STILL under audit. (Side note: we shouldnt be giving any aide to any country when we are 23 trillion in debt, but thats unrelated). 23 Trillion. Yup. Exploded after giving the rich and corporations a huge tax cut.
