To anyone who wants to know more, Google Warren Beatty holding the rights to the character hostage (it can go back to the original owners, but a bunch of legal bullshit keeps it in Warren Beatty's possession, who is lazy as fuck and doesn't do a damn thing with the character when it comes to making a new movie or anything else. I think he just collects money from Dick Tracy comics in collected editions and from whatever else). --- Confidence?
